Shipping from France

All orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Fléac, Charente, France. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship items: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom plush orders: Processing times vary depending on the project and are always confirmed with the customer before purchase.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

Shipping within France

All home deliveries in France are sent via Colissimo - Secured Shipping (signature required).This ensures full tracking and proof of delivery for your protection and ours.

If you prefer a more economical option, you can select Mondial Relay pickup delivery at checkout. You’ll be able to choose your pickup point after payment.

Local pickup (Fléac) - Collect your order at the workshop (by appointment only) Free

Shipping within Europe

We ship from France to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Denmark and Sweden.

Colissimo - Secured home delivery (signature required)
Tracked and reliable delivery to your home with proof of receipt. The price is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Mondial Relay Pickup - Economical delivery to your chosen pickup point (available in selected countries). You will receive a link to choose your pickup location after checkout.

Average delivery time: 4-8 business days.

Shipping to Switzerland

All parcels to Switzerland are shipped via Colissimo International with signature.
Delivery time: 4–7 business days.

Orders are shipped without French VAT, but may be subject to Swiss import VAT and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping to the United States and Canada

We offer two secure shipping options:
Colissimo International (signature required)- standard tracked delivery, 7–15 business days.
DHL Express - fast and reliable, 3–7 business days.

Orders to North America are shipped without French VAT, but may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon delivery.
