Yes! I can create custom plushies based on any concept or idea you have. Just share your vision with me, and we can discuss how to make it come to life. I’ve crafted custom plushies ranging from 2 inches to 4 feet, so the only limit is your imagination!

Please note that I will not replicate existing designs from other makers, and I will not work with copyrighted material. You must own the rights to the drawing or illustration that is being used for your custom plushie.

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the design and the current order volume. Typically, you can expect your plushie to be completed within 4-6 weeks once the first payment is made and we begin working together. I’ll provide a more specific timeline and update you on the expected completion date when you place your order.

Yes, I ship internationally! All custom plushies are handmade in France in my Angoulême studio, so please consider potential shipping times and customs fees for international orders. I will assist with any questions regarding international shipping.

Absolutely! I use high-quality, safe, and soft materials for all plushies. Each item is crafted with care to ensure it’s both durable and child-friendly.

If you request a custom feature or addition that may not be safe for children, I will inform you and make sure you are aware of any potential risks. If you choose to proceed with such a request, please note that I will not be held responsible for any safety concerns that may arise from these custom elements.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, even though I take great care while making every plushie, if there is a defect in the product due to a mistake on my part, please contact me immediately, and I will be happy to fix it to your satisfaction. Please note that I do not offer refunds - only repairs or replacements for defective items.

To keep your plushie looking its best, I recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or stains. For deeper cleaning, hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent and air dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the plushie’s materials and shape.
