Shipping, taxes and processing time
PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER
All orders except custom plush toys are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise stated on the product listing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom plush toys processing time will be discuss when purchasing your custom plush toy.
If you need your order quickly, please contact me by email at email@example.com and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
We cannot control any service interruptions or delays caused by the carrier we use to ship your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once we give the items to them. We do fully insure each shipment and will refund your order if the insurance claim is decided in our favor.

FREE PICK-UP IN MONTREAL
If you have chosen the pickup option, wait for my email to set a pickup time. The pick up is located at the corner of Cartier and Gauthier streets next to Lafontaine Park.
DELIVERY IN QUEBEC
Chasseur Courrier Next Day, Courant Plus Green Next-Day, Nationex
All orders shipped via Chasseur Courrier Next Day, Courant Plus Green Next-Day or Nationex arrive up to three days after being shipped by Petit loulou. If shipped on Friday the earlier they will arrive will be the following Monday.
Please provide a delivery address where you are present during the day. If you can not be present for delivery and the package is returned to me I will be happy to help you return it for the usual delivery fee + tax.
All orders shipped via Canada Post have a tracking number.
In remote areas, delivery time may vary and be longer. I reserve the right to use the least costly delivery service. You won't be charge any additional fee even though it might be more than the service you chose.
DELIVERY IN THE UNITED STATES
All shipments to the United States shipped with Chit Chats (USPS First-Class Mail with tracking number) are delivered in 2-10 business days after they left chitchats facility.
All shipments to the United States shipped with Canada Post are delivered in 4 -10 business days.
We offer international shipping. We may cancel or delay shipment if packages are not being accepted at this time by the carrier in the destination country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and display at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Petit Loulou is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We will not falsify customs declarations to reduce your obligation to your home country.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
